Safety inspection knowledge that amusement equipment users should master

For any kind of amusement equipment, safety inspection is an important aspect that cannot be ignored during its use. Only regular safety inspections can prolong the service life of amusement equipment, and at the same time allow passengers to get a more perfect experience. Therefore, for amusement equipment, safety inspection is very important.

The user of amusement facilities shall carry out regular daily maintenance of the amusement facilities in use, strictly implement the annual inspection, monthly inspection, and re-inspection system of the amusement facilities, and conduct regular self-inspection (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections), and make records . Before the amusement facility is put into use every day, the operator and user unit of the amusement facility shall conduct trial operation and routine safety inspection, and check and confirm the safety devices. If the user finds any abnormal situation during self-inspection and daily maintenance of the special equipment in use, it shall deal with it in a timely manner. If the amusement facility breaks down or has an abnormal situation, the user unit should conduct a comprehensive inspection on it, and only after eliminating the hidden danger of the accident can it be put into use again. The contents of the safety inspection include:
1. For the amusement equipment used, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out every year. If necessary, a load test should be carried out, and the safety technical performance inspection of the lifting, running, turning, speed changing and other mechanisms should be carried out according to the rated speed.

2. The monthly inspection should at least check the following items:

1) Various safety devices;
2) power plant, transmission and braking system;
3) Ropes, chains and rides;
4) Control circuits and electrical components;
5) Standby power supply.
3. Daily inspection should at least check the following items:
1) Whether the control device, speed limiting device, braking device and other safety devices are effective and reliable;
2) Whether the operation is normal, whether there is abnormal vibration or noise;
3) Conditions of wearable parts;
4) Whether the sound belt of the door interlock switch is intact;
5) Inspection of lubricating points and lubricating oil;
6) Whether important parts (tracks, wheels, etc.) are normal.
