2. The safety pressure bar itself must have sufficient strength and locking force to ensure that tourists are not thrown out or dropped, and it must always be in a locked state before the equipment stops operating.
3. The locking and releasing mechanism can be manually or automatically controlled. When the automatic control device fails, it should be able to be manually turned on.
4. The release mechanism should not be opened arbitrarily by passengers, and the operator can easily and quickly approach the position to operate the release mechanism.
5. The stroke of the safety pressure bar should be adjusted steplessly or stepwise, and the end movement of the pressure bar should not exceed 35 mm when in a compressed state. The tightening process of the safety pressure bar should be slow, and the maximum force applied to the passenger should not exceed 150 N for adults and 80 N for children.
6. A ride with a rolling motion should have two reliable locking devices for the shoulder pressure bar of the passenger.
The commonly used safety pressure bar is generally made of seamless steel pipe or stainless steel pipe, with a diameter of 40-50mm. Its main function is to press the passenger’s thigh and block the body. It is widely used in recreational facilities with tilting or swinging movements in the cabin. The safety pressure bar must have a locking device that cannot be opened freely, and most of them use spring bolt locking.
