Startup process
1. Check that the equipment is in good condition, turn on the main power supply, insert the key and turn it to position I, and confirm that the red light is on.
2. Press the electronic “control line connection” button to confirm that the yellow light is on.
3. Check whether the safety lever switch is normal and the green light is normal.
4. Confirm that the safety bar is functioning properly.
5. Confirm that the emergency stop button and start button are functioning properly.
6. If there are any situations during the trial operation, report them to the Engineering Maintenance Department in a timely manner.
Shutdown process
1. Confirm that there are no tourists in the waiting area.
2. Open the safety pole and hand over the facilities to the engineering maintenance department.
Service process
1. Boarding
2. Say ‘Welcome’ to guide tourists into the waiting area.
3. Politely advise tourists according to ride restrictions.
4. Adjust the travel route according to the number of tourists.
5. Arrange enough tourists to board the ship. (Elderly and children must be arranged to sit in the middle)
6. Do not allow tourists to bring food, beverages, and sharp items onto the ship, and guide them to place the items in the locker in the disembarkation area. (Valuable items are kept by oneself)
7. After the tourists sit down, they should remind the tourists to raise their hands with the Receptionist in the disembarkation area by demonstrating, and put down their hands after the safety bar is lowered.
8. After checking and confirming the pressure of the safety pole, make an OK gesture with the personnel in the disembarking area. Retreat to a safe area. Wave to the tourists on board with a smile for more than 3 seconds.
