What procedures are required for driving a bumper car amusement park?

Driving a bumper car amusement park is also a business behavior. All business activities require obtaining a business license. Before obtaining a business license, according to the provisions of the “Regulations on the Management of Entertainment Places”, it is necessary to apply for a “Entertainment Business License” from the local county (district) level cultural department. If necessary, a “Fire Inspection Qualification Opinion” must also be obtained. Firstly, it is necessary to determine whether it is an individual business license or a company enterprise business license.

1. Firstly, go to the industry and commerce department to obtain the “Name Pre Approval Notice” (to determine the name of your amusement park), and consult with the industry and commerce department to tell them the operating area of your amusement park and see if it is necessary to apply for fire protection. (I need to handle those over 200 square meters here)
2. Take the original and photocopy of the “Name Pre Approval Notice” as well as other materials (proof of property ownership and rental contract, ID card and photocopy, etc.) to the local county (district) level cultural department to apply for the “Entertainment Business License”.
If it is necessary to apply for fire protection, at the same time, go to the local county (district) level fire protection bureau to apply for the “Fire Inspection Qualification Opinion Form”
Both of these certificates require on-site inspection. It is recommended to ask the above departments for guidance on how to decorate, clarify the requirements, how to install the fire protection system, and so on. Otherwise, if you do not meet the requirements after decoration, you will need to redo it.

3. Complete the “Entertainment Business License” and “Fire Inspection Qualification Opinion” (if necessary), and go to the industrial and commercial department to apply for the industrial and commercial business license.
General information: photo of my ID card, ID card and photocopy, proof of the property of the business premises, if renting, the lease contract and photocopy, the original and photocopy of the Entertainment Business License, and the original and photocopy of the Fire Inspection Qualification Opinion (if necessary),
4. Within 30 days of obtaining the business license, go to the local tax and national tax departments to apply for the “Tax Registration Certificate”, which requires information such as the business license, property certification documents, lease contract, ID card, and a copy.
