WORKING PRINCIPLE

The power supply part of the tracking and Chasing is inside an electric control cabinet, which is divided into four parts: access power supply, transformer, control, and output power supply. The access power supply refers to the incoming AC power; the transformation refers to the incoming AC power passing through the transformer. The voltage is transformed for the operation of the equipment, such as transforming 220V to 24V; the control part refers to the control voltage output, time relay control, music control, etc.; the output power refers to the output voltage suitable for the operation of the equipment.

The track is the basis for the overall operation of the bearing tracking and Chasing. The track includes three parts: the track, the sleeper and the conductive column. The track is used to carry the cockpit. It is divided into two parts: the outer track and the inner track. The material is generally steel pipe or channel steel. The sleepers are similar to the sleepers of real trains, which play the role of supporting, connecting, insulating, and shock-absorbing rails. The material is generally wood or fiberglass; the conductive column is the conductor connecting the output power, and the material is generally small steel bars. The rail train cockpit is the carrier for carrying tourists. There are motors, gears, bearings, conductive wheels, running wheels and other components at the bottom of the cockpit. The positive and negative stages of the motor are respectively connected to the conductive wheels and the embedded iron in the cockpit. When the cockpit is installed on the track, the conductive wheel is in contact with the conductive column, and the running wheel is in contact with the track to form two stages.
